Any of you who are familiar with Playtech casinos will know all too well that they can be a bit of a mixed bagwhen it comes to service levels. Unlike many operators on my list of Microgaming casinos,Playtech don't have quite the same strict standards for licensing and consequently, not every operator is that customer-focused.
The first list you see here represents those operators who predominently use Playtech's casino platformand who have a decent reputation with good customer service. I have played at least one casino at all ofthe groups listed here annd when new Playtech casinos are launched I always test them out, so the informationI provide is from first-hand experience.
The second "unverified" list is definitely a mixed bag! Those listed with 'various' games software are generally very goodbut have limited Playtech games. The dedicated Playtech casinos on that list were generally lacking in customer focus, usually having slow cashouts and long reverse times.
To be honest, there aren't that many casinos on any of my other online casino lists who perform as badly as some of the latterly mentioned Playtech casinos but as a general rule of thumb, if you stick with those licenced in British territories you will generally get a decent level of service.
Playtech's games are actually very polished, especially their slot games. For table games and video poker then Microgamingsoftware offers more choice but Playtech do have a verygood handle on what makes an interesting slot game and while they have a smaller choice of regular casino games, what there is is very good.
One final note: the casinos that offer Playtech's download software also generally offer the no-downloadversion of the games too but you will get a wider choice in the download version of any Playtech casino.
More Casinos with Playtech Games (Unverified List)
The following casinos also have Playtech games but fall into 1 of 3 categories: I either haven't played there myself, their
range of Playtech games is very small or they are places that came up short on my expectations. I have included them here
for completeness but be aware that while generally safe, Playtech casinos can be a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to
their approach to customers with some being a bit pushy and a lot being very slow to process cashouts by comparison to the
better Playtech-powered operators.

Important Note: A lot of Playtech casinos have very long cashout times and reverse periods in excess of 48 hours so, in general,
when I have tested a casino that exceeds 48 hours and refuses to offer a manual flush option, it appears in the second list of Playtech
casinos listed above. Now that a number of prominent bookmakers have switched to Playtech, there are enough options now
to ensure that you dont need to compromise with the rubbish ones anymore. Playtech's games are very good though.
I must have tested around 95% of casinos using Playtech software (as of July 2013) and those listed in the first table above are easily the best of the
bunch. Obviously the second table contains the Playtech casinos I am less comfortable with but which are still generally safe. Essentially, Playtech
licencees are a bit of a mixed bag!
