Online gambling software and games developer sets its sights on Asian potential.
Online gambling games developer and provider Booming Games has announced the formation of Booming Games Asia, a division of the company focused on realising the potential of the Asia-Pacific online and mobile gambling market.
The division will offer Booming's suite of 60 slot titles suitable for both desktop and mobile gambling.
"We have always had an eye trained on the East Asian market and a burgeoning output of games specifically for this region," said CEO, Max Niehusen.
"Getting global spread is relatively straightforward, but of little benefit if the diverse needs and tastes of the end users are not met. We aim to serve these regional differentiations in taste, points of reference and culture."
Niehusen says that his staff monitors markets continually to assess operator and player demands and preferences as elements that will inform the company's product strategy.
Games that may have been popular across the European market, are not necessarily going to flourish in the Asian market, says Julian Mautner, Booming Games' founder.
"This new Asian facing arm aims to create games with these differences in mind, designing games that chime with the contemporary preferences of these players. We are investing further in analytic tools, creating new BI Teams and cooperating with new partners in the Asian market to achieve this," he revealed.
Booming Games is also keen to offer transparency on its products through volatility grading, maths clarity and feature clarification, and the company is exploring ways in which operators can display these aspects without compromising UI's and functionality.
"This way our players can bypass the unnecessary hassle of playing a variety of games just to find one with the style which they favour," says Niehusen.
"This greater degree of transparency benefits both sides, facilitating a more enjoyable gaming experience for players and providing us with feedback, with which we can better cater to our players."
The company is also introducing bespoke games for operators.
