Optima Information Services in deal with Northern Ireland bookie BetMcLean.

BetMcLean, an online and retail sportsbetting and e-gaming operator, has launched new web and mobile front-end products powered by the Spanish software development firm Optima.

BetMcLean is Northern Ireland's largest independent bookmaker, operating over 60 shops throughout the province and employing in excess of 300 staff.

Paul McLean, CEO of BetMcLean, said in a statement Monday: "We are very pleased to be partnering with Optima; their software platform has an excellent reputation in terms of performance and scalability, together with a very rich set of professional bookmaking tools and features, and with all of the integrated services that will allow us to offer an excellent product to our customers.
