MARCH ONLINE GAMBLING REVENUE A RECORD FOR NEW JERSEY

But online operators experienced mixed fortunes
Online gambling was the star performer in terms of gambling revenues in March 2015 reports the New Jersey State Division of Gaming Enforcement.
Total gaming revenue was up by 2.3% compared to the same period last year to $204 million (March 2014: $199 million).
Golden Nugget increased total revenues by a whopping 40% amounting to around $19 million, boosted by a 337% increase in internet gaming revenues to almost $3 million.
Tropicana reported a 60% gain in internet gaming revenue boosting a decline in table games and slot machines.
Borgata and Harrah's delivered growth in overall revenues in March of 7.7% and 11.1% respectively however Borgata internet gaming win declined 4.6% and Caesars Interactive's online operations declined 24.3 percent.
