mybet Holding SE has appointed 42-year-old economist Markus Peuler as chief financial officer effective November 15, 2014.
Peuler currently serves as chief financial officer and managing director for mobile services provider Jesta Digital GmbH, part of Freenet AG.

The Alderney and Guernsey gambling regulators have announced a joint initiative in offering dual licensing to the spread betting sector.
The collaborative licensing programme includes the full range of products across the spread betting, binary options and CFD sectors.

Shareholders to vote on renaming firm at EGM
Tipp24 SE is planning to rebrand as ZEAL Network SE to reflect the company's wider strategic focus.
The rebrand proposal will be presented to shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in London on November 19, 2014.
The company anticipates the new name to come into effect soon after it hopes to receive majority shareholder approval.

GVC DELIVERS STRONG TRADING IN UPDATE
Growth and a strong sports margin push growth in NGR
e-Gaming operator GVC Holdings said its full quarter Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) averaged Euro 646 000 per day, a 24% increase compared to the same period last year and up from the Euro 628 000 per day reported on September 22, 2014.
GVC said trading is strong across all major territories and brands, reflecting the Company's focus on achieving a World Cup legacy through its brand-building and marketing initiatives over the last year.
Trading in the first half of October has maintained its positive impetus with NGR of Euro 800 000 per day, 24% higher than the previous quarter and over 50% higher than in the same period in 2013. This is the result of both growth and a strong sports margin of 12.4 percent, a company statement said.
In related news, GVC appointed Bell Pottinger plc as the Group's new financial public relations adviser with immediate effect.
