Swedish outfit reportedly founded by ex-Net Entertainment employees
A new games development studio is in the spotlight following a content supply deal announced this week with Unibet
Thunderkick AB is a Stockholm-based company with surprisingly little information on a website that simply states "We are Thunder Kick, and we make games."
Industry reports suggest that Net Entertainment veterans are behind the business whose chief executive officer and president is listed as Sven Georg Grip.
Grip is listed as having interests in three other businesses, namely: as board member and chief executive officer of NAN Consulting AB, board member of Omniposs AB and Board member of Tabrake AB.
Thunderkick's board of directors comprise Sven Georg Grip, Johnny Stig Aspelin, Erik Daniel Gjörwell, Tobias Erik Grahn, Ralf Johannes Palmquist and Erik Lars Karlsson.
A presently limited portfolio of games include Toki Time, Turning Totems, Esqueleto Explosivo, Birds on a Wire, Bork The Bezerker, 1429 Uncharted Seas, Magicious and Barber Shop which are thought to have been originally developed for the social gaming sector but are now becoming available on web platforms.
Game demos can be accessed through Thunderkick's website at www.thunderkick.com
