BETFAIR, SKRILL AND ARISTOTLE PROVIDED TRANSACTIONAL WAIVERS FOR NEW JERSEY

Confirmation on three transactional waiver awards
Online betting and gaming operator Betfair
is the latest to receive a transactional waiver from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in anticipation of the launch of internet gambling on November 26, 2013.
Ahead of the launch date, New Jersey will conduct a five-day trial period beginning November 21, 2013 (see previous reports). During this trial, people located in New Jersey will gain limited access to Betfair's online casino and poker service. Betfair has launched " LetsPlayNJ.com " as a key part of its awareness efforts to drive registration and trial of its service.

to the state of New Jersey."
In related news, online payments provider Skrill
and online age and identify verification firm Aristotle have also been granted transactional waivers.
