SHFL expands reach and accessibility

SHFL Entertainment (SHFL) will provide the rights to its proprietary table games to mobile gaming platform provider oneLIVE Inc, in a deal announced Tuesday.

oneLIVE will receive the rights to develop and offer many of SHFL's proprietary table game titles, such as Three Card Poker, Let It Ride and Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em on oneLIVE's easyPLAY mobile gaming platform.

The platform allows commercial, tribal and cruise ship casinos, card rooms and racetracks to televise their own floor dealers live in HDTV to players throughout their property, onboard their ships or online to mobile devices in regulated markets.

"We are excited for our renowned proprietary table games to be offered on oneLIVE's easyPLAY(TM) live dealer gaming platform," said Lou Castle, Chief Strategy Officer for SHFL. "We believe that this agreement aligns very well with our objective of expanding the reach and accessibility of our online content by giving casino patrons the option to gamble away from the gaming table."

"Mobile use by people in every country is growing exponentially. easyPLAY(TM) brings the live action excitement of the gaming floor and the well-known brands of casino customers into the hands of casino patrons globally, whether at the pool, on deck, or in-room.

As the only US-based company to focus exclusively on live dealer mobile gambling, we are honored to be adding SHFL's innovative and popular table games to our easyPLAY(TM) platform," added Michael Jabara, Chief Executive Officer for oneLIVE.
