SHFL ON INTERNET GAMBLING
09th March, 2013 at 03:34:12
CEO Gavin Isaacs says his company will be in a position to service legal online gambling
SHFL Entertainment (formerly Shufflemaster) emphasised its B2B business model in a Fox television interview Friday, but noted that it had the technology and capability to furnish its land casino clients with online gambling content as the trend toward state-lead legalisation continues.
Answering a question from the interviewer, Isaacs said that he expected Pennsylvania and Illinois would join Delaware, New Jersey and Nevada in entering the legalised online gambling space, and his company was prepared for that eventuality.
On the social gambling side, the SHFL did not seem to regard Zynga as a particular threat, pointing out that his company has the Mississippi Stud product on Facebook.
