Customer Insight Platform provides online gambling operators with a complete solution

Houston, Texas-based identification and verification software developer GambleID has been polishing up its patented Customer Insight Platform system to introduce and integrate further products and services specific to the regulatory requirements sanctioned by gaming control boards.

The company claims that the CIP provides operators in the online gambling industry with the most complete end-to-end solutions available on the market for customer identity validation, location verification, anti-fraud and account authorisation compliance.

In April 2011, GambleID partnered with Locaid, the world's largest Location-As-A-Service company, making available a new online geo-location service for verifying player identity and meeting mobile location compliance requirements.

By August, GambleID had forged another partnership - this time with professional technology services giant DynTek, Inc., providing GambleID with technological integration services and operational support.

At the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Conference in October last year, GambleID unveiled vertical product and pricing solutions for the regulated gaming industry markets such as Off-Track-Betting (OTB), Advanced Deposit Wagering (ADW), Lottery and Fantasy Sports.

The company is opening new offices in Las Vegas, due for completion in March 2013, and there are plans for a presence in New Jersey.

GambleID is currently working on achieving Class 2 Service Provider licence status with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

The company has previously developed products and services for industries ranging from Financial Services, Government Operations, Health Care, and Oil and Gas.
