Aussie land gambling supplier pushing ever harder into the online environment
The Australian land gambling supplier Aristocrat boasts in a media statement this week that it is "...miles ahead of the rest of the industry, being the only gaming supplier to have a play-for-fun online solution integrated with a casino management system."
The statement details the company's latest push into the internet gambling sector as a key sponsor and exhibitor at this week's Global iGaming Summit and Expo (GiGse) in San Francisco, where both land and online gambling interests are to converge as hopes for US legalisation rise.
Aristocrat has also sponsored the pre-GiGse Keynote address by Nevada Republican Congressman Mark Amodei. Amodei, was scheduled to give his view on internet gaming legalisation from a Capitol Hill perspective.
On the expo floor, the company is again pushing its nLive solution, which it claims is the only play-for-fun online gaming solution integrated with a brick-and-mortar casino management system. The combination gives operators distinct competitive advantages, both online and in-casino, a company spokesman claimed.
The first nLive casino was created for Maryland Live! Casino and will launch soon. nLive casinos are also being created for Island Resort Casino and for Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack (see previous reports) and the spokesman hinted that more announcements on further orders for the product can be expected soon.
The platform carries top Aristocrat games like 5 Dragons, 50 Dragons, the popular 50 Lions slot, Big Red, Imperial House, Miss Kitty, More Chilli, Queen of the Nile and Sun and Moon; table games like card keno, hi lo solitaire, jacks or better, pro blackjack and roulette; and skill-based games including backgammon, dominoes, poker, poker dice, solitaire and tournament blackjack.
