Florida Senator Ellyn Bogdanoff's proposal to allow three land resort casinos to open in Florida, which also carries provisions for the regulation of online gambling in internet cafes (see previous report) moved forward Monday when it was approved 7 to 3 by the Senate Regulated Industries Committee.
