Two men have been indicted by an Oklahoma grand jury for running an online sports betting website over the past two years.

Prosecutors claim that the online gambling website launched on Aug. 22, 2008, and that Tune monitored the wagers and visited the players' cities to settle up.

At times ‚EURŠ Tune prohibited players from placing bets until such time as their accounts were brought current, grand jurors alleged.
