Marks an opportunity for land-based licensees to develop an online presence
Prima Networks Limited powered by Microgaming with Stravinci and Federbingo has announced that its online bingo network has been awarded certification by Italy's state gaming authority, Aministrazione Autonoma dei Monopoli di Stato (AAMS).
The launch will see the first multi-operator network, under the master licence of Federbingo, with the first two Italian operators being Stravinci and Bingo Oro. The network will launch with the intention of providing Federbingo associated land-based bingo halls, the opportunity to establish and develop a presence in the online gaming space.
The newly certified product utilises the latest bingo software from Microgaming and offers features such as one-click ticket purchase, enhanced auto-buy and improved chat capabilities. Both parties see Italy as the first step towards exploring an online bingo offering in other European regulated jurisdictions
Loraine Schoevers, Director of Prima Networks Limited, said: "This recent AAMS certification represents a huge step forward to establishing Prima Networks Limited as the premier Italian Bingo operation, and we look forward to the imminent launch of Federbingo and Bingo Oro."
