Director of the Ministry of Public Security says the rules will include online gambling

An official of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) has said that China will issue new judicial rules governing sentencing standards by the end of 2010 in relation to criminal activity involving cyber attacks. Gu Jian, vice director of the Internet security bureau of the MPS, has said that the new judicial rules will also apply to online pornography, online fraud and online gambling.
