Microgaming Introduces The Japanese Pachislo & Pachinko Games To The Online World

The world's leading online software gaming provider, Microgaming, has announced the release of popular live Japanese Pachislo and Pachinko games to the online world, adding to their already long list of gaming products.

Their new product introduces two Pachislo games, each with 3 reels and 5 lines, and one Pachinko game to online casinos licensing the Microgaming software platform.

Both games are very popular in Japan and the Asian market in general and are set to be as real-to-life as possible; will be available in multiple languages; and are to be offered as a stand-alone product for Microgaming licensees, as well as part of a gaming package.

Although no specific launch date has been committed to, it shouldn't be too long before they are unveiled at several Microgaming casinos as Microgaming have already gone to press.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with these games, here are a summary of the live versions:

Pachinko is a mixture of a slot machine and a pinball machine in which players inject small balls into the machine in the hope that they fall into specified holes which will start a video screen game. Hit matching symbols on the screen to win more balls.

Pachislo is a skill-stop game in which the player presses a button to start all the reels spinning and then can individually stop each reel to try and line up winning reel combinations. The word Pachislo is a combination of the words Slot and Pachinko.
